Stella De La Pena

Stella De La Pena is the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the Alzheimer’s Association. She leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy for the Northern California and Northern Nevada Chapter, overseeing a team that raises awareness of health disparities around Alzheimer’s disease and engages diverse partners in the overall mission of the organization. Stella has spent her 30-year career working in non-profit healthcare organizations improving and providing health programs and services for constituents.
