It is a great opportunity to create professional connections and gain new knowledge and skills to strengthen your work.
Over 30 skill-building workshops, plus keynote plenaries and physical and emotional wellness sessions to recharge your passion for social justice. This conference is in Spanish with simultaneous interpretation of welcome and plenary sessions and some workshops.

When does the conference begin?
Thursday, October 3
4:00 pm–6:00 pm: Early conference check-in
6:00 pm–6:30 pm: Welcome Reception check-in

When does conference registration open?
Registration will be open from July 26 to September 9. There will be no registration on site.

What meals are included?
Breakfast and lunch are included Friday, Oct. 4 and Saturday, Oct. 5. Friday night’s Dinner/Dance is optional and is a separate cost.

Shuttles run both ways between the Sheraton LAX Hotel and LAX. Please inquire for shuttle pick up locations.
What are the parking options and costs?
The Sheraton LAX Hotel only has valet parking.
$75: Overnight valet parking. Price per day plus taxes.
$45: Discounted valet rate of $45 plus tax, per night for overnight valet with in and out privileges for the duration of the ticket holder’s stay.
