Mónica Lopez-Lara

Monica Lopez-Lara is a second-generation Mexican immigrant and is currently a Health Educator for Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling in Mental Health at Syracuse University. She is passionate about breaking the stigma associated with mental and reproductive health.
