Alicia Yépez

Alicia Yepez is Mexican from the state of Jalisco. She is the mother of two young people, 15 and 17 years old. She works as a case manager at NMCS and has been a promotora at the same organization for almost 10 years. During all these years of being a promotora, she has had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. All of her training has given her the necessary strength to keep going, even with all the challenges that a single mom can have. Alicia knows that she is a good example to her children and her community of how to be a leader.
