A Spiritual Approach to Resilience

We all have gone through traumatic and very difficult circumstances that make us believe that we cannot go on. However, when the storm passes, and we are able to see the panorama more calmly, we understand that change is part of life and our human development. Participants will be able to create a resilient personality, not only for themselves but also for their communities. They will learn new ideas, strategies, and activities to take to their communities and new ways to practice resilient behavior in their daily lives.

OBJECTIVES:

  1. Recognize the characteristics of a resilient person.
  2. Obtain a list of activities to enable development of a resilient personality.
  3. Exchange ideas to empower the community about the capacity of being resilient in each human being.
