Biography
Born in Colombia and Educated as a Civil Engineer with master’s degree in project management has 26 years of experience in the industry where she managed multi-million-dollar projects in the U.S. She left a successful career as a Civil Engineer to found Grupo Comunitario en Salud Integral and Co-found Caminos Foundation a non-profit organization. Since 2013 Constanza has helped and guided hundreds of Latinos in obtaining health care coverage through in person assistance and training also has helped raise the awareness of the community to resources available through the Covered California program. She brings a genuine desire to positively impact her community. Constanza created Grupo Comunitario en Salud Integral a (Covered CA. Certified Enrollment Entity), to provide Healthier lifestyle coaching including education regarding exercise and wellness, nutrition and health sciences to provide individuals with a solid background in preventative health care. She is truly committed to provide solutions to Latinos to transform their lives in all Southern California counties.
