A Strong Woman Is Created, Not Born
Many times, we go about life accumulating negative life experiences without giving ourselves the opportunity to stop for a while to: 1. Identify them; 2. Ask ourselves the key questions: What happened? How did it happen? and Why did it happen to me?; 3. Process them. This workshop is designed to make you reflect and inspire you to look at the past as a learning school, live in the present without those ties and project yourselves to a different future.
1. Identify past hurts that have marked us in a negative way.
2. Use the selective memory that we all have to make decisions on what to keep and what to let go.
3. Learn about the importance that talking about and sharing these traumatic experiences have to process them and establish a “departing point”.
