Biography

Arturo Palato is originally from Celaya, Guanajuato, México. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and practiced journalism for ten years in Mexico, working in various newspapers and radio stations. In California, he worked as a Reporter for Vida en el Valle newspaper and a Facilitator at PIQE (Parent Institute for Quality Education). He has facilitated workshops on addiction prevention, mental health, and physical activity (Dance Therapy). He has been a Coach in personal transformation and leadership workshops, a Life Coach certified by Coaching Moderno Academy, and a Community Organizer for Fe en el Valle (PICO California). Additionally, he is a Trainer for Mental Health First Aid Certification from the National Council for Mental Well-being and a Facilitator of workshops and retreats on Overcoming Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence. Arturo has served as the Regional Manager for Northern California in the Promotora Network Department at Visión y Compromiso since 2019.
