Benefits of Laughter and Laughter Therapy
In this workshop, promotoras and promotores will learn about the benefits of laughter in various areas of life, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions. Through a Laughter Therapy session, participants will reinforce and practice the benefits learned during the presentation. Laughter Therapy is an experiential experience to release tensions, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with laughter as medicine for the soul, creating well-being, reinforcing self-esteem, and building resistance to harvest community power.
