Sebastian Zepeda

Sebastian Zepeda is a community health leader, advocate, and program strategist with more than 26 years of experience in community engagement, outreach, program development, research, and direct services for underserved populations. For the past 23 years, he has worked at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, supporting Latino communities living with or affected by HIV through culturally relevant, equity-focused programs. His expertise includes promoting sexual health, treatment adherence, housing stability, financial benefits, immigration-related issues, public policy, and addressing the social determinants of health. Sebastian has designed and implemented programs to improve access to care, reduce health disparities, and strengthen community well-being. Sebastian participates in numerous local, national, and binational advisory groups, as well as steering committees focused on HIV, health equity, and public health. He currently serves as co-chair of the San Francisco Getting to Zero Latine Workgroup and has contributed to major health equity and community-based participatory research initiatives across California and the United States.
