Berenice Castro
Biography
Berenice Castro holds a degree in Psychopedagogy, a Master’s in Education, and is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the University of San Ignacio in Miami, Florida. With over 25 years of experience in the educational field and human development in both public and private sectors, she has implemented innovative didactic-pedagogical strategies, notably designing and implementing an Educational Model for a recognized higher education institution in Mexico. Berenice is a Certified Instructor in yoga, mindfulness, and pilates, volunteering her time at Spain Park in the city of Paramount. Additionally, she provides therapeutic care using one of the most effective approaches in psychology to address and manage emotional situations. Currently, she serves as the Director of Special Programs and Wellbeing at MUSA in Paramount, where she helps lead initiatives focused on empowering women.
