Mourning and Resignation, Learning to Live with the Loss
The workshop will be formative and educational with a community language that is easy to remember and practice. In the workshop we seek to strengthen positive experiences after grief and loss; as a new sense of wisdom, maturity, and meaning of life. Resignification teaches us that we must live each day creating memories that comfort us and continue with life expectations. Self-care, adaptation, healing, forgiveness, and gratitude are some of the tools that make this resignification of grief possible.
- Facilitate the acceptance and reality of a loss.
- Help with the expression and management of feelings linked to the loss.
- Facilitate a farewell and the possibility of finding meaning and satisfaction in life by practicing the tools of resignification.
