Ricardo Berrocal Arnana

Ricardo Berrocal Arnana was born in Lima-Peru. From a young age and up to the present, he trained as a Yoga Teacher and has traveled throughout South America giving lectures on how to improve the quality of life of human beings. He studied as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapist at the Neijing School in Venezuela. He now resides in Hercules CA, where he is a Health Promoter at Lifelong of San Pablo CA and a volunteer for Contra Costa County Educational Zone. He works with the Latino communities giving guidance on how to improve their quality of life with preventive methods.
