Luis Torres

Luis Torres was born and raised in the Montebello area. He graduated from California State University of Los Angeles (CSULA) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In October 2018, Luis was diagnosed with Parkinsonian Syndrome at the age of 53 years old. He has taken an active role in advocating for Parkinson’s. Luis has become a strong advocate for Parkinson’s, focusing on the importance of advocacy, exercising, men’s support groups, and the need for more visibility and education in the Latino community.
