Laura Mondragon-Drumright

Laura serves as the Director of Population Health, where she leads the strategy and execution of health equity-focused marketing campaigns. In this role, she partners with various teams to embed health equity into marketing capabilities across different portfolios and regions. As a subject matter expert, she provides guidance on inclusive marketing and health-equity oriented approaches, and collaborates on external communications and thought leadership opportunities. A native of Baldwin Park in Southern California, Laura earned her B.A. from UC Berkeley and her MBA from Cornell University, where she specialized in Marketing Strategy and Brand Management. She currently lives in Danville, California, with her husband, Damaari, and their 11-year-old son, Antonio.
