Brenda Zapata McDermott

Brenda Zapata McDermott is the director of maternal and child health at DAP Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) based in southern California. With 18 years of experience in FQHCs, Brenda has dedicated her career to improving community health. She leads a team of patient navigators who work on increasing access to breast and cervical cancer screenings and guide patients through the cancer care continuum.
