Supporting Community Power Ecosystems for Sustainable Systems Change**

In this workshop, promotoras and promotores will be introduced to the Public Health and Racial Equity (PHaRE) Model for Systems Change, designed for funders and anyone interested in building and sustaining community power-building efforts. The model was derived from more than 1,200 successful systems and policy changes led by disinvested communities, often with promotoras at the forefront. An interactive exploration of the five domains of the model will highlight practical ways funders can best support community power building and advance equity.
