In this workshop, promotoras and promotores, will learn and apply personal self-care strategies so that they can successfully face the different areas of their life and social work. Mindfulness and personal journaling have proven to be effective tools for preventing and treating depression, anxiety, and stress that current life presents us.

  • Learn the basic principles of mindfulness for self-care.
  • Understand the different types and characteristics of personal journaling for self-care.
  • Practice a mindfulness technique and apply your experiences to begin writing in your personal journal.
