Diana Ortiz

Diana Ortiz serves as the CHW Learning Hub Specialist and Co-Facilitator with the El Sol Neighborhood Educational Training Center, where she has supported workforce development and community health initiatives for the past three years. As the Learning Hub Specialist, she oversees learning management system administration, online course development, user engagement strategies, and digital learning experiences. Diana collaborates with internal teams, community partners, and subject matter experts to expand access to high-quality CHW training and workforce development resources. She also serves as a Co-Facilitator for CHW trainings and apprenticeship initiatives through El Sol’s Training Center. Diana supports the coordination and implementation of workforce development programs, assists with participant engagement and training delivery, and helps ensure successful learning outcomes for both aspiring and practicing community health workers. She is committed to leveraging technology and community partnerships to strengthen the CHW workforce and improve access to health education for communities across California and beyond.
