Buddhist Meditation: Spiritual Development, Consciousness and Cordiality
Mediation is a wonderful self-observation technique and greatly relieves the stress we are subjected to in our daily lives. But this is only a consequence, and it is not the objective of the meditation. True meditation is carried out by raising consciousness above our daily reality, achieving a different state of being, helping us to see the nature of things, as they really are.
Objectives
- Propose Buddhist meditation as a self-observation technique to relieve the tension to which we are subjected in our daily life.
- Quiet the mind and propose consciousness as a state of peace and tranquility.
- Practice a Buddhist Samatha meditation.
